Dear Karma, we have a list of women you missed.

That's oneĀ of the rallying cries making the rounds on Twitter after Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella suggested at a conference Thursday that if women trust in the system they will be rewarded.

"That ... might be one of the additional superpowers, that quite frankly, women who don't ask for raises have," he said. "Because that's good karma. It will come back."

Yes, that's right. It's not enough to be good at your job, ladies. You must also have a superpowers.

He later apologized via Twitter:
