Have you participated in a 'returnship'?

June 4, 2014: 10:31 AM ET

CNNMoney's #YourEconomy series moves beyond the numbers to look at the people who make up our economy.

Companies like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs have created "returnship" programs -- essentially internship programs to help experienced professionals re-enter the labor force after a hiatus. Take Kristen Marx, for example, who participated in such a program after being a stay-at-home mom. The returnship helped her transition back into a Wall Street career, and now she's a vice president at Morgan Stanley.

Have you participated in a "returnship" or other re-entry program after a break in your career? Tell us about your experience.

Your name and comments will not be published without your permission. If we plan to follow up on your submission, one of our reporters will contact you.
